Project and supervision of conversion works
Location: Turin, Via dei Mille, 9
Project: December 2016 – January 2017
Works: February – May 2017
The apartment, in Turin’s historic centre, presented itself with the characteristics of a bourgeois Turin apartment: large entrance with marble floor, wooden floors in the other rooms, original wooden doors and windows, grit, decorative frames and doors.
The project maintains a classic aesthetic: the rooms are large and bright, and the project has clean and contemporary lines, but interpreted with traditional materials, such as wood, marble, grit.
In combining different materials, each with its own essence, its own surface and its own dimension, some features of discontinuity are defined: these details have added value for trained eyes, but are also a charming frame for a nice picture for everyone.
